Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted Within 7 Days Of The Original Purchase Date , All Perishable Goods Such As , Fresh Single Stem Flowers , Fresh Flower Bouquets , Garden Plants Must Be Returned In The Same Condition As Sold In Unless Otherwise Aggreged By Us. All & Any Sealed Products Such As , Personalised Cards , Helium Foil Balloons , Scented Candles & Diffusers , Rose Petals , Chocolates Are Not Eligible For A Return Or Exchange Once Opened.
Once A Return Has Been Accepted At Management Discretion A Credit Note For The Original Sale Amount Will Be Issued. Credit Notes Are Valid For 3 Months. Valid Instore & Online.
