We Accept Returns And Exchanges Within 7 Days Of The Purchase Date. Fresh Flowers Must Be Returned In the Same Condition The Flowers Was Sold In.
Any Sealed Merchandise Must Not Be Opened. Once Opened They Can Not Be Returned Or Exchanged. All Helium Balloons One Inflated & All Personalised Cards Cant Not Be Returned Or Exchanged.
Once A Return Has Been Accepted A Credit Note Will Be Issued For The Full Sale Amount - Refunds Not Available. A Valid Receipt Must Be Present Once It Have Exceeded 7 Days A Return / Exchange Can Be Refused.
